SUBJECT:                BASIC FORMATION SEMINAR FOR EXTRAORDINARY MINISTERS OF HOLY COMMUNION AND LECTORS AND COMMENTATORS

This is to formally remind you of the forthcoming Basic Formation Seminar for new Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion and Lectors and Commentators with the following schedule:

Please take note of the following requirements:

  1. A Letter of recommendation, duly signed by the parish priest. (Please put  the

full names of the participants and arrange them in alphabetical order)

  1. Please fax a copy of the letter of recommendation to the Office of the Pastoral Department at Telefax No. 850-9315 ONE WEEK BEFORE the scheduled

seminar.

  1. The original copy of the Letter of Recommendation should be presented upon

registration on the actual date of the seminar.

  1. Registration on the actual date of the seminar shall begin at 7:30 am.
  2. Participants are to register individually. Those who will arrive after 10:00 a.m. shall not be allowed to register.

 

  1. The revised new copy of the Handbook for Lay Liturgical Ministers shall be made available and charged to the participants.

 

Food booths shall be made available for you to buy your snacks and lunch.
