RE: 2018 SEMINAR FOR PARISH SECRETARIES

The Chancery Office in collaboration with the Samahan ng mga Manggagawa at Kalihim ng Parokya (SAMAKAPA) will be conducting a Seminar for Parish Secretaries to be held at the Villonco Hall of the Diocesan Center for Evangelization, Villonco Road, West Service Road, Sucat, Muntinlupa City, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please be informed of your vicariate schedule:
1 August 2018 (Wednesday) – Vicariates of Sta. Rita de Cascia and Holy Family
8 August 2018 (Wednesday) – Vicariates of St. Joseph and San Antonio de Padua
29 August 2018 (Wednesday) – Vicariates of Our Lady of the Abandoned and San Martin de Porres
May we request your Reverences to require your parish secretary/ies to attend this important seminar so as to update their knowledge and understanding about the different BASIC guidelines and policies mandated by the Diocese. Secretaries are advised to bring their parish copies of Pastor’s Guide book, and writing materials.
Kindly also advise them to bring their own food for lunch and snack.
